Kiwi & Veggie Smoothie

Takes 5 min to make

1/2 cup arugula or spinach
1/2 frozen broccoli
1 avocado
3 (pealed) kiwis
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 lime, juice and flesh
2 cups ice tea, green tea or apple juice
1 teaspoon Spirulina

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Drink & Enjoy!
