APOGEE SPIRULINA

Nicholas Petrovic, a graduate of Santa Fe Community College’s algae program, has seen his dream of creating the first artisan spirulina farm in the Southwest cometo fruition. As a result of an agreement with SFCC’s Innovation Center that makes it possible for students to learn how to grow spirulina, Petrovic has the farm greenhouse on the campus.
