pancakes with apogee spirulina

Pancakes with Spirulina

This is for 5 small pancakes or two bigger ones.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour (you can also use buckwheat or wholegrain flower)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp spirulina crunchies
1/2 cup of water or milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp oil
pinch of salt

Directions:
1. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add water and mix well again.
3. Heat a fry pan which is greased with coconut oil (or sesame oil)
4. Pour small amount of batter into pan and spread out with spoon. Turn over after a minute or so.
5. Service hot or cold
